[Speex-dev] Library split to be merged -- looking for a name

I think speexvoip is a bit misleading, because the functionality it 
offers (aside, perhaps, from the jitter buffer) is applicable to much 
more than VoIP.

I'd offer the choice of libspeexdsp.
