Oops, I looked again at original libspeex.vcproj settings and found
that they use
multi-threaded runtime. I'm sorry for erroneous blame about single-threaded
runtime. However my remarks about static vs DLL and VS2003 vs VS2005 are
still correct.

Today we had one more question on our list and I created ticket in our tracker
with several prebuilt versions of Speex library for Visual Studio 2003 and
corrected project file:

I'll be happy if them (or similar ones) will be placed on official
download page.
