[Speex-dev] trying to compile libspeex.lib SVN version in win32

hello,

i've downloaded de lastest svn version, but in not able to compile it.

After update last 1.2beta1 version with the files of the svn and adding 
some files to the vc++ project, i've compiled but now it throws an 
execution error.

How can i compile svn version without merge with 1.2beta1??? svn has no 
configure file.
