[speex-dev] Official GUI Speex player

While those are good too the main purpose of a stand-alone player would 
be something that people could distribute with their files(which is why 
it should be small).  When I say cross platform I mean that it could 
easily be ported and/or have as similar an interface as all the other 
players so that you could play the file on any platform and still have a 
farmiliar player(You'd cover 98% of everyone by just having Linux, 
Win32, and MacOS X versions avalible).

Where can I find this?  The main problem with this is that even though 
there are wav players for other platforms they would need to have a 
speex decoder as well.

I really don't have the skills to develop anything like this right now, 
its just an idea currently.
