[vorbis] Source Code for ACM Codec

Hi,
 
You can download the ACM source from here:
http://homepage.ntlworld.com/jfe1205/vorbisacm_20020708.zip.
 
I downloaded it some time back with a view to having a look at it, but
never got round to it!!;) So, I've never even tried to compile it! It
doesn't use the current libs, but the required libs are included IIRC.
Hence, it is a 2Mb d/l. I'd be interested to know whether you manage to
do anything with it.

<p>Thats a real shame, I have the binary so I dont need that.  I have tried
the ACM binary and it works very well with an ogg that is encoded with a
min and max of the same.
