Yes, if your ogg file has the same min/max it will work, but almost no
ogg files are of this form, so the ACM plugin could only play a very
tiny percentage of ogg files. What's the point of that?
Since there was no way to resoolve this issue and DirectShow plugins
surfaced, I'm sure whoever wrote the ACM plugin decided not to bother
anymore. Any decent apps should be supporting directshow by now, as
even microsoft has abandoned ACM for new things.
