[vorbis] Real Time Encode & Java Question

Can you explain further what you mean by a "real-time encoder"?  The current
vorbis encoder can encode audio faster than realtime on just about any CPU
faster than a Pentium II 300 MHz or so (at least, based upon informal
discussion on #vorbis).
