[vorbis] ReplayGain support for Vorbis

Of course.  But it was alway planned that Ogg and Vorbis 1.0 would be a
degenerate case.  The focus was on vorbis, not on ogg and that layer.
Once vorbis is done, I'm sure you'll see a lot more attention on Ogg and
integrating other codecs, and fleshing out that system.
