[vorbis] tool for listening tests

Interrupts on the local busses seem quite noisy.
(The soundcard itself generates one after every block
played, to make matters worse ;) ).
Also the processor has a busy time just after an
interrupt occurs. Using my radio tuner and tuning
to the 99.55MHz (which was teh clockspeed of my old
computer) one could easily hear interrupts as if
it were lightning. Rather cool in one way, but
I can well imagine that it affects the soundcards
quality. The inside of a generalpurpose computer
is not the best place for an audio generator (dac)
plus amplifier to be :). Hence the plea for out-of-computer
dacs on this mailinglist.
