I, sort of, expected something like this, as I knew that vorbis
does not use bitrates internally...

So I was pleasantly surprised after seeing the '-q' option. The
'oggenc' man page generally provides much more information than
'oggenc --help'. At any rate, what exactly does '-q' do? Is it
simply a wrapper for '-m' and '-M'? Or something new? Is there
some easy way to convert "qualities" to bitrates?
