I don't have a problem with this. Of course, it won't help if you speak
neither Japanese nor English; I'm not sure how many translations Glenn
wants to put into a single file. Theoretically I suppose you could have
dozens, though in practice that just wouldn't happen. In fact, I doubt,
in practice, if you would often see more than one language, which is why
I think the whole idea of language blocks is silly.

Interestingly, it has been suggested in the past that a lot of the
information you want to put in tags be stored in external databases. You
don't seem to have found the argument terribly convincing, so you can
hardly blame Glenn if he doesn't either.
