[Speex-dev] libspeex link error plz help !

Hi ,

Plz Help I am trying to link libspeex .lib file in my Visual Studio 2005(VC)
environment
using #pragma comment(lib, "<libspeex>");
its continously giving link error ,

I have installed Speex setup .exe provided in this site , and also copied
libspeex.lib file in VC/lib dir and added all linker settings and paths.

Do I have any secial licence or wats the problem ???
