[Speex-dev] noise from decoded file

Hy,

it's funny that no-one reply to my post :}
anyway, i have solved the mystery ..
speex returned sample size into frameSize but i needed actual size in bytes
which is 2*frameSize

here is the code that work perfectly ...
i hope that it'll help to someone, someday :}
