[Speex-dev] speex recordings

Hello,
my name is Francesco, I just enjoined the speex mailing list.
I'm writing here to ask if I can use speex for a project.
Some times ago I encoded some music with the speex algorithm and I
liked the distortion effect.
So I'm planning to realize a little "label" to "produce" indipendent
distorted music recordings on floppy disks.
I will make a site where people can see and buy floppyes with inside
ogg files of indipendent music.
Can I use speex for that project? I would be awesome!
