[Speex-dev] Build Speex source code for compact framework

Hello,

I have Speex 1.2rc1 VS2008 source code. I am trying to build the
application but getting build error.

Project : speexenc

Error:	"fatal error C1083"
Description : "Cannot open include file: 'ogg/ogg.h': No such file or
directory"
