[Speex-dev] Speex FAQ

Hi,

I just moved the Speex FAQ to the Xiph wiki where it can be more easily
edited. The link is:

I'd be interested if people could try and expand/improve it. Even
without good knowledge of Speex, you can still search the mailing list
archive (http://lists.xiph.org/pipermail/speex-dev/) for common
questions and add them there. Even if you can't write a full (or any)
answer, it's fine and someone else can compete it.

Oh BTW, the library split has been committed. Let me know if I did
anything stupid.
