[Speex-dev] Speex 1.2beta3 is out!

I checked that VS6.0 defines WIN32 macro. I think it is default macro for
Visual C++.

Do you have the WIN32 macro defined in your code that includes speex.h.
If not, try defining that and let me know if it works.
