[Speex-dev] Compress ratio

Hello,
  I'm trying to change the FRAME_SIZE in the sample
code. Because I want to change the different ratio.
The comment says the value of FRAME_SIZE can be
different? But when i adjust it, I got noise output.
Why?
  Is the compress ratio changed by adjusting
FRAME_SIZE? I want to compress a packet of size 2^n.
So, I adjust 160  to 128 and 256, but they didn't
work.
