Hi Ronald,
have a look at the speex wrapper in the fishsound sources:
http://www.annodex.net/software/libfishsound/
it's C, not C++, but it's really just one class and should be pretty
easy to read :)
it also has some test programs for testing encoding and decoding
(feeding encoded data into a decoder for various parameters) and
so on, which I think you were also asking about recently.
