[speex-dev] Question about SPEEX_PREPROCESS_SET_DENOISE

You don't have to include that. It's some new (and very experimental)
code that removes some reverberation. DEREVERB_LEVEL is the amount of
reverberation and DEREVERB_DECAY says how fast it decays.
