[speex-dev] Sample rate inaccuracy

Man, how simple and elegant, I *never* could have come up with that
myself :)

I was thinking about all kinds of complex algorithms with handshakes
and interpolation and things, but this makes life much easier. I just
enabled VAD and it works perfectly. Thanks for the tip !
