[Vorbis] What to do to use libvorbis with FreePascal?

What you need is the freeware Audio Components Suite (ACS)
http://acs.ullihome.de

It provides lots of audio components including encoding and decoding Ogg Vorbis.  Compatible with Delphi, Kylix and Lazarus.
