mp3splt (http://mp3splt.sourceforge.net/) claims to be capable of reading
split points from a CUE or CDDB file. Both specify track boundaries in
multiples of a CD sector (aka 1/75 s).

Never used mp3splt myself, so I don't know, if the output files really result
in a gapless playback.
