[Vorbis] 2nd attempt - Repairing vorbis files

You might try using a splitter/cutter (http://rarewares.org/ogg.html) on 
your files to clip just a portion of a second off.  That might fix the 
headers or something.  But really I don't know if that will doing 
anything for your files.  The mailing list archives are here:
