You can use vorbiscomment.exe to retag your files. Sometimes it will
fix minor problems, so it's worth trying. Just be careful to use the
"add tag" feature so your existing tags (if any) don't get wiped out.

If it's a problem with ID3 tags (or something similar) then you can
try stripping ID3 tags off using Case's Tag (now updated by Synthetic
Soul).

To diagnose your files, vorbiscomment.exe and ogginfo.exe might be
helpful. All the programs I've mentioned are available for Windows and
you can find them easily with Google.
