Hi,
The reason why you need the whole pathh is that the application that opens
has no idea where the playlist file came from. It is merely launched with
the playlist file which by now is sitting on the user's hard drive
somewhere.

I guess you should have the entry as http://mydomain.com/learning.ogg
<http://mydomain.com/learning.m3u>
Otherwise the application has no idea where to look. (Well, I guess it
looks at the root of your drive)
