[Vorbis] unexpected eof in reading wav header

When I create my own vocal audio in Microsoft Sound Recorder and in Sound Blaster  Audigy, and save it as standard wav, it plays fine in Winamp, but when I drop it on OggDrop, I get this error:  "unexpected eof in reading wav header".  When I drop it on SpeexDrop, I get a successful spx file.  Any suggestions?
