    Yes you can. You have to make the source code available if people ask, 
    link to the licensing terms, and a few other obligations apply under
    the RPSL. According to the source, it's triple-licensed under the GPL, 
    RPSL, and RCSL, the first two being open source licenses that allow

    Thank you, Ralph.  I had visited that license page and come away wondering what it said exactly.  So now, after your encouraging reply, I have emailed them for clearer instruction.
