[Vorbis] Vorbis decoder chip on SparkFun

Looks to me as if VLSI has taken a few shortcuts too much with this 
chip. The decoder does not implement the complete Vorbis specification 
and the chip is only capable of a sample rate < 46kHz if the USB 
connectivity is required. If you still find it useful and need a larger 
batch, the price from the manufacturer is as low as 4USD in quantities 
above 500pc.
