[Vorbis] multiple ac3 channels to vorbis

Hi,

I'm new to this list.
Might be the questions is already answered earlier but the search function on the mailarchiv website doesn't work.

So here my question:

How can i convert an ac3 (form an dvd vob-file) stream with more than 2 channels into ogg under linux?
I want to keep the channels and don't want to downmix into stereo.

can i use the -C option from oggenc in connection with ac3dec?
