You bring up a very good point. It is quite beneficial to be able to choose,
(and still be able to use the same player, of course.) Personally, there are
times when I want either behaviour, or maybe even both. I propose a non-comment
tag (similar to replaygain) that could be embeded in the beginning of the Ogg
stream that could tell a compatible player to treate it as a single Ogg or to
treat it as a group that should be played the same as a playlist would.
