Damn! :-)

It does work on machine, which probably means that I need to play with 
one or more of the xCode settings to generate "exportable" code.

Just to double check, you copied OggVorbis.qtx to /Library/Quicktime?

I have also just posted a new version with (hopefully) better 
settings... let me know if that works for you...
