Very true.  I've posted it to:

http://www.conduits.com/products/player/wmp9ogg.reg

Note that throughout the REG file I use "audio/ogg" as the MIME
type.  I'm not sure if WMP even requires those parts, and I know
that it's not even the correct MIME type, but at the time, Ogg
files were being imported into the "Other Media" area of the
WMP Media Library, so I figured "application/ogg" was causing
the problem (it actually wasn't).
