[vorbis] speaks acm vorbis download url?

I found something claiming to be a Vorbis ACM in KLites' Codec Pack, however I haven't managed to get it to work without crashing yet. www.k-lite.tk not www.klite.tk, since the latter pointed to an msn webby last time i checked.
The DS filters are in there as well.
