Also, there's crip for Linux (haven't yet tried it, but it looks
good...) at <http://bach.dynet.com/crip/index.html> and CD-DA Xtractor
for Windows at <http://xtractor.sourceforge.net/>, which I have used to
very nice success, thank you. The GUI on the latter looks like hell, but
is nonetheless effective.
