[vorbis] Virgin Radio launches an Ogg stream

In fact, our Real stream -is- the standard one. It's a Real 8 Surestream,
from 8k to 32k, in mono.

Our Real streams will have increased sound quality, due to a better
soundcard system, shortly.

For me this downloaded a codec called "Dolby NET". This is not your standard
Real Audio stream. ;)  Sounds acceptable for 32 kbit/s. Lot of flanging in
the
high frequencies.
