[vorbis] Virgin Radio launches an Ogg stream

We are having a few techie issues with making our streams available to the
directories like that: we are aware of the problem, though.

FWIW, there is a list of vorbis streams at 
http://www.oddsock.org/icecast2yp .....Virgin is not listed there, although 
I'd certainly encourage them to do so.... :)
