[vorbis] Re: .ogg file extension for both audio and video?

Argh... sorry, I was a bit confused. It is FLAC that has it´s own 
standalone transport-layer. It is optional to embed this FLAC-Stream in 
an Ogg-container, adding slight overhead.

Speex, however, was designed to use Ogg since its early stages.

Again, sorry for the confusion.
