[vorbis] Compression Artifacts at -q 5. Help!

We'd have to very strongly recommend against doing that even if it appeared to 
work. That gcc version is too buggy to use for vorbis, no matter what. I 
don't even know if that particular problem goes away at -O0 anyway.
