Not entirely.  The Windows keys are mapped to Super_L and Super_R
in recent versions of XFree86, and they make good Compose (Multi_key)
keys, so that I can type letters like á and ñ and ç and so on.

xmodmap -e "keysym Super_R = Multi_key"
