It doesn't sound reasonable for each music site hosting Vorbis files
to write detailed explanations about Vorbis and maintain a list of
players...  IMHO, there world needs only one page (probably at
vorbis.com), specifically designed for linking from music sites, so
that complete newbies arriving there can start playing Vorbis in the
minimal time.  So that the music site can just say a few words why
downloading the Vorbis versions is a good idea and link to that
central, always up-to-date page.

As for organizing pan.zipcon itself, that of course can't be solved by
any central page ;-).
