[vorbis] Pan.zipcon is down

There is also an ogg mirror at http://hebb.mit.edu/FreeMusic/Pandora.
The fastest download from pan is about about 30KB/s. The mirrors should
be faster. I guess about 60 KB/s -the bottle neck there being the internet
speed. The only thing more that you may have not got is the Contrib directory
