[vorbis] Repository of vorbiscomment text files?

The CDDB is very clearly inferior to vorbis comments.  Hey, they had to
use dirty tricks to even support different artists on each track of a
CD...  Also, IIRC, there are licesing/freedom issues with CDDB (but freedb
seems to solve them :-).

MusicBrainz.org is a better idea.  It's XML based with a better data model
and ability to evolve.
