[vorbis] fitting lots of music into 10GB with Vorbis

That's a lot of peeling already.  Anything more than 30% gets very
noticable very soon.

No, this is to be expected of the current libvorbis encoding modes.
There's nothing another peeler can do (more than very little) better
about the tinkling and lowpass.

Also, which peeler did you try?
