Got to the site, eventually (sf.net seems up and down today).
Dang, I've never heard 4-5 kbps sound that good! This is comparable to the
quality of those 32k MP3s (AFAIK) that you see a lot in Flash things.
Yes it sounds horrid, but the structure of the song is still discernable and
even the lyrics (I'm listening to qnres2.ogg right now).
Amazing work, Garf! What are your methods?
