[vorbis] streaming ogg audio

I think it would be accurate enough to seek by file size. Besides, if the user 
ends up in a different part of the song to what they wanted, they can just 
adjust the slider. It's not like a user is goign to know that the bit of the 
song they want is exactly 43.56% of the way through the file, they're just 
going to think slightly before the middle.
