<p>I think I was the one talking about that. Actually, I believe the peeling
doesn't require re-quantizing, that was just an idea I had. But, back to
your question, every stage of the MP3 encoding process differs from vorbis.
Same theories, but data wise, different. There may be some things to
exploit to make the conversion smarter, but probably not worth it.
