Oh.  I though that "what" only referred to the source.

Just seems very metadata-ish to me.  Yes, replaingain information is stored in a tag, but that was 
necessary to implement a feature.  This tag just doesn't feel standard-worthy.  (My brain isn't 
working too well tonight, so please excuse the vague...umm..."feely" remarks :)
