[vorbis] Are all RC3 implementations identical?

Yeah, apps that "support" ogg vorbis but fail to write/read vorbis tags
really shit me too.

-which brings me to the q: Has anyone been able to convert between APE
(monkeys audio) and ogg and retain the tag info?

APE supports tags (nice for a lossless codec) but it doesn't seem to
write the ogg tags for me. -(when using the MAC interface and "convert"
option)

Suggestions?
