[vorbis] Are all RC3 implementations identical?

Alright, I finally figured out it was my CD-ROM drive (TEAC-540E) after
testing the same rip with my stone age 2X Cyberdrive burner (no click there), but
what really puzzles me is that I didn't have this kind of problem with CDex,
so there must be some kind of miscommunication between the drive and EAC...

(EAC beta 1 is looking great, but *ARGH* still no OGG comment support!)
